UX design

When necessary, we conduct quick usability tests and hand off designs to your engineers or contractors. We then collaborate closely with your team to implement the design.
User research
We uncover insights about your users. We identify your audience's needs through discovery research, usability testing, and surveys, evaluate design effectiveness, and measure user attitudes. We quickly devise a research plan, collect data, conduct interviews or surveys, analyze results, and share insights. We provide tailored research solutions, including global capabilities for diverse audiences.
UX data
We empower your team with data-driven insights. We define dashboards, reports, and ongoing meetings to monitor UX data. We train team members and key decision-makers to run these meetings and act on insights. We create a metrics definition document, publish a UX data review process, and work with your data engineers to implement the dashboard and reports. Our UX data practice shifts your team’s focus from “Build this” to “Achieve that.”
Training
We equip your team with UX skills. UX+ offers corporate training to meet various needs. Our “Design Fundamentals” course teaches your team to understand, appreciate, and evaluate design practices. “User Research 101” covers how to conduct research studies to reveal user needs and improve usability. We also offer advanced courses for teams with established design maturity. Our recommended course, “Survey Best Practices,” teaches how to conduct effective surveys and gather actionable insights.
Process
Our design process is focused and iterative. We introduce a design process based on Design Thinking. We start by empathizing with your users, then quickly move to design, presenting three iterations for feedback. We conduct optional usability tests, gather critiques, and align the design with leadership when needed. Finally, we collaborate closely with your team to implement the design at the pixel level, create tracking boards, define a design review process, and offer training in new methods and practices.
