We are a white-glove service, a fully remote agency based on the East Coast of the USA. We employ freelance talent led by Tomer Sharon, a globally renowned UX practitioner, author of three UX books, and leader. Tomer brings his experience at Google (Sr. User Researcher), WeWork (VP, Head of UX), Goldman Sachs (MD, Head of User Research & Metrics), and others to the table in a calm, reasonable, and professional manner.
UX+ was founded in 2023 and has served Wall Street, investment banks, Fintech startups, and other FINRA-regulated firms. We are familiar with financial services firms' cultures, processes, and needs and apply our knowledge and experience accordingly.
