Fully remote: We don’t have offices and don’t expect to have them anytime soon. We believe in complete remote work.
East Coast USA only: Our clients are usually based in NYC and sometimes require us to be on regular East Coast business hours.
Flexible hours: We offer flexible individual working hours except for client meetings (which don’t happen very often). Want to work at midnight? Have a blast. Enjoy working at a lovely cafe on a Sunday morning? Go for it! We couldn't care less when you work as long as you meet our client deadlines. You do you.
Changing effort level: We can’t always commit to giving you work. Once we do, it could range from just a few hours to 100 hours per month. We will always be open and transparent about what to expect.
Freelance talent: We only work with freelance talent. We don’t employ full-time, in-house.
Compensation: We pay by the hour and ask you to maintain an updated timesheet. Your hourly fee depends on your experience, skills, and education. We pay once a month.
High comfort level with working in a FINRA-regulated environment: This might mean an extensive background check and drug testing conducted by our clients, working within a closed garden of our clients internal networks, and meeting strict security, privacy, and compliance practices. Learn more
Calm and respectful: We have no drama, fire drills, or interruptions in the evenings and weekends. We always meet our clients' needs on time, and we believe that the process can be accomplished quietly and efficiently with proper planning and expectation setting.
